Delete Your Kampasika Account
You can request deletion of your Kampasika account and associated data. This page is provided for Google Play account deletion and user privacy requirements.
How To Request Deletion
If you can access your account, open Kampasika and go to Profile > menu > Delete account. Confirm by typing DELETE.
If you cannot access the app, use the email request process below.
- Email support@kampasika.org from a reachable address.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Kampasika account.
- Include your Kampasika username and phone number used for login.
- We may send an OTP or ask for confirmation to verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
What Is Deleted
- User profile and account record.
- Listings, services, rooms, saved alerts, verification requests, and notifications associated with the account where technically possible.
- Firebase Authentication account for the user.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security logs, payment disputes, group audit history, legal compliance, or records involving other users. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, dispute, payment, or legal reasons.
